How to Remove Holiday Pay in Timesheet
In the event a team member does not fulfil the schedule requirements of the holiday, submit a pay adjustment for the request type, "Holiday" and enter -8.00 hours to cancel the Holiday hours that are being paid:

The hours will zero out:

Please note, the gift icon on the day is only an indicator that the specific day is a holiday; it does not indicate that a team member will receive holiday pay.
Examples:
Darcy is FT so she is getting the 8 hrs. Holiday pay. This is confirmed by the Pay Bar information in the Daily section:

Seth is PT and has no Holiday pay. This is confirmed by the Pay Bar information in the Daily section:
