Non-PIMs Checks Procedure
Purpose
This SOP provides guidance on how to handle non-PIMs checks received by the hospitals.
1. Any and all checks received that are not directly being entered into the Practice Management Software (e.g., rebate checks, wellness clinic checks) should be mailed to UVC's Support Center address below:

2. Also attach any remittance page or instructions received along with the check for proper allocation.
3. Upon receipt, the Treasury team will deposit and allocate the funds to the hospital location.
