CashPro Login - Password and/or Security Questions Reset

Purpose

This SOP provides guidance on how to update login credentials in Bank of America CashPro.

Procedure Steps

In CashPro, select Menu

2. Click on User Profile on top

3. In My Profile, select the second tab Security

3.1 To change your password, click on Change Password

3.2 To update your challenge questions and answers, select Edit. Once you make the changes, enter your current password, and click Submit.

4. If you are unable to login to CashPro due to incorrect passwords and/or challenge questions attempts, please contact the Treasury team in the Helpdesk for further assistance.
