The HelpDesk has undergone several changes and updates. Please see the attached PDF guide below for detailed instructions.
Here are some highlighted improvements:

Increased Ease of Use: We’ve streamlined the interface to be more intuitive and user-friendly. Navigating through the HelpDesk will now be a breeze! Hospital Partners will have a dedicated “Hospital Teams” folder, while Payroll and IT teams will continue to have their individual folders.
