Members enrolled in a UMR medical plan have access to the United Healthcare Behavioral Health Network accessible through the UMR web portal through the liveandworkwell.com link. Members can access virtual providers through the Talkspace online therapy.
Members also have access to the UMR Health You emagazine through the UMR portal. Covering a wide range of health topics, the magazine frequently addresses Behavioral Health topics.
Kaiser:
Members enrolled in a Kaiser medical plan have access to the ChooseHealthy program offered through Kaiser. This program helps you save money on wellness products and services. Members can access this through their Kaiser Permanente’s portal. Here are our member facing mental health resources.
Accolade:
Accolade Care is offered for team members and dependents enrolled in a UVC medical plan. Accolade Care offers 12 free virtual PCP or medical visits and 12 free virtual mental health consultations directly through Accolade. See attached Accolade Care flier for more details.
Headspace EAP:
Headspace is available to all team members. Headspace offers 5 therapy sessions per issue, per person, per year. Once the free sessions end, therapy can be run through medical claims. Headspace can also assist with stress, anxiety, depression, intensive case management, behavioral health coaching and move. See attached EAP guide for more details.
