Dayforce Security Roles
Team Members
All Team Members are automatically assigned two roles at hire:

New Hire Onboarding which allows the new hire or rehire to complete the onboarding process before starting employment. This role will automatically expire five (5) days after the date of hire.

Team Member which will be available on the date of hire.
When a team member ends employment, their access will change to the Terminated security role. This will allow them to access Dayforce for pay statements and W-2s at year end. A Terminated team member may also update their address so that they will receive any mailed year-end statements.
Hospital Leadership
The following security roles are automatically assigned based on title of the team member:

Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)

Regional Director Operations (RDO) or Regional Vice President (RVP)

Hospital Manager based on the title of Group Practice Manager or Practice Manager
Also, their location access will automatically be assigned based on their home location. In the case of Group Practice Managers, if additional locations are needed then a Dayforce Request should be submitted by the RDO to request the access.
Other Roles
The following roles are provided at request of the Practice manager or RDO by submitting a Dayforce Request and including the location access as well:

Hospital Supervisor - access to team member data (no access to pay), forms, reports, timesheets and scheduling

Hospital Timesheets and Schedules - access to timesheets and scheduling

Hospital Timesheets Only - access to timesheets

Hospital Scheduling Only - access to scheduling
